The inspirational theme will be drawn from either the local environment, habitat, nature, rural life or of a local historical significance.

Sculpture should be formed from suitable durable materials - i.e. metal, stone, bronze, or combinations of permanent materials. The two finalist award winning works will be acquisitive and will be permanent features incorporated into the entrance feature landscape.
